Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

-Returns-

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date you receive your item, as long as it is in the original new condition with all tags still attached.

Please send item to the return address on the original package. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and that your payment has been refunded to the original credit card or form of payment used.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your bank or credit/debit card, refunds may take 3 - 10 days to show up in your account or on your card.

-Sale items-

Only regular priced items qualify for a refund.

-Exchanges-

If you need to exchange an item, please send the item back to the return address on the original package.  Please include the packing slip or some other type of note letting us know which item and size or phone type you would prefer.  Once item is received and inspected, your new item will be shipped out the following business day. 

If you no longer have the original packaging, please send us an email to help@eraofartists.com and we'll be happy to provide the correct address to you.
