Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

-Returns-

Our policy lasts 14 days.  If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note: We do allow 30 days during the months of November and December for the holiday season.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags still attached.

-Refunds- 

For a refund, please send item to the return address on the original package. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and that your payment has been refunded to the original credit card or form of payment used.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your bank, credit/debit card refunds may take 3 - 10 days to show up in your account or on your card.

-Sale items-

Only regular priced items qualify for a refund.

-Exchanges-

If you need to exchange an item, please send the item back to the return address on the original package.  Please include the packing slip with a note letting us know which item and size or phone type you would prefer.  Once item is received and inspected, your new item will be shipped out the following business day. 

If you no longer have the original packaging, please send us an email to help@eraofartists.com and we'll be happy to provide the correct address to you.
