I ORDERED MY ITEM X DAYS AGO AND IT STILL HASN'T COME IN YET.  WHEN SHOULD I GET IT?

 All orders take between 1 - 2 business days to ship.

USPS shipping times:

U.S.:  2 - 7 business days 

Canada:  12 - 20 days

Mexico:  6 - 10 weeks

UK, Australia, NZ:  12 - 20 days

Brazil:  2 1/2 - 3 months 

Everywhere else: 14 - 30 days

These times are just estimates.  However, if your item has still not arrived after the times provided, please email us and we'll be happy to contact the post office for you to see if they have any info on your package.  Please keep in mind that we have no control over it once we give it to the post office.  We can only contact them to see what the delay is, (which is usually weather related).  

You will receive an email once your item has shipped along with a tracking number.  Please track your item before contacting us.

Please note:  During the Christmas season, packages tend to take a few days longer to arrive than during the rest of the year due to the high volume of packages the post office is trying to deliver.  Please make sure you order by the 13th to ensure your package will arrive in time in the U.S.

 

CAN YOU MAKE THIS CASE FOR MY PHONE?

It depends.  We make phone cases for many phone types and iPod Touch generations.  We add new case types just about every month, so feel free to check back every once in a while to see if it's available. 

We currently make these cases:  iPhone 4/4S, iPhone 5, 5S, SE, 5C, 6/6S, 6+/6S+, 7/8 and 7+/8+, X, iPod 4 and 5, Samsung Galaxy S3, S4, S5, S6, S6 Edge, Note 3, Note 4, S3 Mini, S4 Mini and S5 Mini, Google Nexus 4 and 5, Blackberry Q10 and Z10, HTC One M7 and M8, Motorola G, LG G2, LG G3 and Amazon Fire. 

 

 

I WAS WONDERING IF I COULD CUSTOMIZE A SWEATSHIRT OR T-SHIRT?

I'm sorry, but we don't make custom tops.  Because of the way we print out shirts - either with heat sublimation or screen printing, we're not able to make just one shirt for a custom order.  We only have the designs currently listed, but are always working on more so check back often. 

 

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM CASES?

Yes, we can do just about any design for your phone or iPod Touch (any that are listed in the drop down tabs of a case listing on my website or listed above). 

Please email us at help@eraofartists.com a picture (or group of pictures that you would like made into a collage - but please no more than 7 - 8) of what you would like on your phone/iPod.  Also, please let us know your phone/ipod type and if you would like black or white edges.  We will adjust the size of the picture or make the collage and send you a picture of how it will look on the case.  If you like it, just let us know when you're ready to purchase it, and we'll set up your custom listing.  After the case has been purchased, we will make it and send it out as soon as possible.  These types of custom cases are $16 plus shipping.  Custom extra protection cases are $21 plus shipping, and custom LED cases are $19 plus shipping.

We can also make custom iPad Mini cases for $25 each, and custom iPad cases for $30 each plus shipping.

 

YOU USED TO HAVE THIS CASE ON YOUR WEBSITE, BUT NOW IT'S NO LONGER AVAILABLE.  CAN YOU STILL MAKE IT?

Most likely we can.  Just send us an email to help@eraofartists.com letting us know which design you would like and we can set you up a custom listing and send you the link.  Since the design is one we previously sold, we'll just charge the regular $15 for your case.

  

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR CASES?

Rubber Cases:

Our rubber cases have hard plastic backs and flexible rubber edges. The edges wrap around the top and bottom of the case completely and also slightly wrap around the front, so you have plenty of coverage. The sides of the case also have grips so your phone doesn't slide out of your hand when using it. 

Extra Protection Cases:

The Extra Protection cases are the most durable and protective ones on our site. They are a two piece, heavy duty, hard plastic and rubber mix that completely cover the top, bottom, sides and also has a lip that lines the front.  If you are looking for something that is cute and protective, this is the case style you're looking for.  Please note:  This case style is more bulky than our other cases, which gives it the extra protection value, but if you want something more streamlined, I would recommend one of our other styles.  

LED Cases:

Our LED Light Up Cases are made with a power source on the inside of your case so once you put in the button battery (that comes with the case), your case will flash an array of colors from the edges. Since the edges of the case are clear, this makes it easy for the light to be seen when your case is lit up. These cases are not only fun for day-to-day, but are great for using at concerts or events like Coachella. The lights flash in order of aqua, purple, peach, orange, red and then random flashes of lime green and yellow.  Instructions on how to use your LED case are included.

Regular Hard Plastic:

This is the default style that all of our cases come in. Unless the listing option specifically says LED, Rubber or Extra Protection, then you will receive a hard plastic case. These cases completely cover the back and sides, but do not cover the bottom or top. 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?

Yes, you'll see that option at check out. 

 

WHAT ABOUT OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT?

 Yes, we accept most credit and/or debit cards as well as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bitcoin.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

Yes, if you are unhappy with your item or there is a problem with your item, please contact us at help@eraofartists.com and we will be happy to assist you.  Our return/exchange policy is good for 30 days, so be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Please mail the item to the return address on the original package, and once we receive it, we will mail out your new item immediately or refund your payment.  Item must be in brand new, never used or worn condition with tags still attached.  Please include the packing slip or other piece of paper with a note written on it letting us know the item size or phone type you would prefer if you're exchanging, or that you want a refund.  Please be aware that when refunding your payment, we do not refund shipping costs.  Unfortunately, we don't accept any returns for custom orders or sale items at this time.

 

IS YOUR WEBSITE SSL CERTIFIED?

Yes, our website is SSL certified.  Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser.  This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remains private and integral.  Notice that when you click on the cart to check out, the www turns into https.  The "s" means the website is secure.  

We take security very seriously and do not have access to any credit card you use to purchase items from our store.  We will never sell your email, name or address to any third party, and any invoices (with names and addresses) that we print out are included in your package.

 

DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS TO ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY?

Yes, we offer free shipping to all active duty military.  Purchase your items like you normally would, and in the note box at the end of checkout, please let us know and we will refund your shipping costs.  The package doesn't have to be shipped to your military address, but we need to at least see that the billing address is APO or FPO.  Thank you for your service!
